My game broke

I don't know why but the game is broken for me.Dexterity doesn't work good.In versus sometimes special attacks don't work(mine or the opponents).When I try to dash back it doesn't work,also when I try to dash in the front.Most times when I try to block instead it does the block break attack.
If someone has the same problem like me please comment,or I don't know if it is because I play it on the tablet..

    If you are playing on iOS that's why. The last update broke the game for most iOS users.

    19.0 was a horrible update. There's something fundamentally wrong with it. It broke iOS and is really bad for some Android users. The longer you play the worse it gets.
