game restart every time i open the other app

every time I fight halfway and pause to get out to check on something on other apps, even for just one minute the game will restart. this is getting extremely annoying and caused me many issues when i need to pause the game to use other chat app.

i didn’t have this problem before updating patch 19. Anyone has a solution to this?

    That's your phone problem, if you have developer on, turn it off

    This happens to me too. This happened before with another update and was eventually fixed. Then the problem returned again with this new update.

    They have bigger problems right now..lol. It is annoying though.

    this is bad especially it kills off my arena strikes and sometimes halfway through aq battle even when someone made a called in, it restarted. This need to be fixed! @kabammike

    what do you mean? How do you turn off that thing and where do you find it?
