Missing Mastery Point

I recently finished Act 4.3 and was awarded another mastery point, which I was hoping to add to Mystic Dispersion. I opened the game recently and that point seems to have gone missing (meaning, my available points say zero when it should say 1). I tried closing and opening the game, but it had no effect.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?
