Change Player Name

Hey, I need information. When I created Kabam account, I used characters from a keyboard app in my player name. I am now trying to redeem points on Marvel Insider, they ask for player name, and when I use the same characters that I use in my player name, they don't recognized.
* Is there a way I can change my player name? This time I won't use any weird characters.

    Hey OSJasoN, I reached out to Kabam using what you decommended and 3 of their agents reached to me asking to verify my account. I did by replying to their emails, but it doesn't seem like they are getting my replies because I just received an email from Kabam Support saying if I don't reply they will close the case in 24 hrs.
