Ultrons evade broken

A couple weeks ago in AQ I went to fight the Ultron Mini boss. At one point he evaded me multiple times straight, similar to how Spiderman does it. I wondered if there had been a change and went and verified he is still supposed to have a 7 second timer between evades, assumed it was just a mishap.
Earlier this T4B arena I faced an Ultron and he did the same thing, multiple evades at once and evaded me more frequently than within 7 seconds. This now tells me it wasnt a one time fluke.
The first was pre V19 update, this last incident was post V19 as it was just Thursday Night.
