Revamp Outdated Champions!

Yesterday I pulled a 5-star Black Panther (Classic) as my 32nd 5-star champion. I was a little bitter that I did not get the excitement that I was looking for, being a huge Black Panther fan. It then occurred to me that he, like most other champions, simply is neglected. His L1 and L2 specials in his abilities, are described as, Strikes multiple times. Each hit has an additional X Critical Rating. Correct me if I am wrong, but most champions strikes multiple times. So, what differs from them and Black Panther - what exactly does Strikes multiple times signify in a game that keeps making harder and challenging content. To me it feels like unnecessary fillers, because back then the content was convenient enough - that is cool. But it can not be applied to newer content - and with newer content I mean story, events and overly utilized champions, such as Sentinel, Domino, M.O.D.O.K., etc.
Another example, when 5-stars first came out Iron Fist was one of the champions I obtained and ranked up, but today he is not being used - so it pretty much feels like waste of catalyst and space in my roster. I mean, it is no big news that some champions badly requires some revamping, but with 129 champions in total (correct me if I'm wrong), it feels very wrong that you have a bunch of older champion that shows no relevance to newer content, while simultaneously trying to maintain a balanced game.
I understand that such things takes time and effort to achieve - Rome was not built in a day. However, I think some of the priorities should be redirected for a while, such as new champions being added monthly. I believe that the game has reached a point, where we do not need to have a new champion that is a different version of another or some random / less required champion like M.O.D.O.K. added each month. Instead focus on revamping current (recent and older) champions that certainly needs an update, in-between the months.
The list below is just to show the amount of outdated champions, in my opinion:

Anyway, I totally agree.
Kabam, please re-read your comic books. The movies didn’t do any justice to our hero’s and villains yet you base 90% of the new roster on movies.
