Heavys not connecting after i parry

Im not sure if this has already been discussed but it is an issue that i have with connecting my heavies with hyperion and ghost rider after i parry and i have died questing and in AQ due to this im sure there are other charcters in game with the same problem but those are the only charcters i notice it with
