Alliance Quest teir drop for no reason

We were supposed to be in advanced teir and now we look and see that we are in Normal teir. How do we fix this issue? And how long will it take for this issue to be fixed? And this just happened from the last update

    Hi @Blaze187! We're sorry to hear your Alliance has been affected by this issue too! We have a much bigger thread on the issue HERE so be sure to check it out for all the latest updates on the issue.

    We're working on a solution to this that involves compensation but we need to wait until the end of the AQ series to collect the data we need to begin implementing it!
