Initially they said they needed time till the offer expired to populate a list, fair. Then they said they 'thought' it better to bundle the correct Marvelous Crystal with the compensation they've been planning.
Three tickets raised, all received with the same generic templated reply. To customers who've spent quite a sum on the offers on 4th of July. Way to go fellas, that is customer service 101. Also, no updates apart from another generic announcement we keep getting referred to over and over by moderators on various posts. Not even to say hey, we suck (we still do) for putting out a broken offer, and on top of that we still can't figure out who got dealt with those rotten crystals. Amazing.
On top of that you guys have the audacity to roll out even more offers. Come on people, treat your player base with some respect.
Is there seriously no one monitoring the state of the game right now? You guys happy with how this is being run? Because there is a trend of shamelessly throwing out offers galore when the game's state is in shambles.

I would expect this to be a higher priority, or at least have more transparent and specific communication given the amount spent by your customers on this offer.
Kabam has already said many times that they don’t operate in an “all hands on deck” fashion. Separate teams for separate aspects of the game. Someone on the crystal sending squad could figure out sending a crystal in a timely fashion.
No but if there's a free revive in Act 1 players are reaping benefits from let's just nail that down first thing. Petty priorities, depicts nothing but greed. Sure they're a business, I get that. But no business treats their loyal base like Kabam's does. Always taking the cheap route. Like them offering a 4* Wolverine immediately after the initial 12.0 nerf when regen took a big hit across champs. Tempting wasn't it? And it was when literally everyone in the community was in uproar about the changes.
First time in 2.5 years I've had enough. This is the death of the game for me.

I'm sorry but I don't have an exact day or time to share as to when the 5-Star Marvelous Crystal will be going out, but we are still planning on sending it this week. Apologies for the wait and thank you for being patient with us as we work through this issue.
