Getting 4* heroes..

Kabam..please help me with this..I everyday playing this game and..I collect 2000 phc shrads everyday..when I open phc...I only get 2* star heroes..I don't have money to get new crystals..in allience wars..I always lose..please help me..I only have one 4* hero.

    If you need 4 star champs, don't rely on phcs or featured crystals. Try grinding in arenas, duping 3*, or the monthly event quests.
