I'm fairly certain most people are aware that some of the buffs and debuffs in the pause screen were labelled incorrectly, and while we first believed it was due to the (de)buff icons being identical, but I was in a fight with Ghost Rider and Psylocke and there are different explanations for Ghost Rider's judgement and Psylocke's psi-charges, even with the same icon, so it might not be like that.
Anyway, I'm going to create a list of all the wrongly labeled buffs, any additions are welcome!
Red Hulk heat charges - incinerate debuff
Mephisto aura of incineration - incinerate debuff
Crossbones overrun - degeneration
Karnak focus timer - precision
Ghost Rider regen judgement - regeneration buff
Medusa armour shattered - armour break
Chaos node - Joe Fixit spades ability
