Buff Angela's Healing

I've been playing with my 5* unawakened Angela for a bit now and I love her style of play. She's totally awesome for sure, but I think her healing factor is a bit underwhelming for a 5*. Even with my masteries maxed in healing she only heals for +36/tick. I get twice as much healing from a debuff than that. Looking at it, she barely heals for 1 percent. But these are just my thoughts and opinions.

    She regenerates 5% of her base health without any synergies or anything like that
    It's not terrible, it extends her survivability quite a bit (although many times I've tried to get the most out of the regen and ended up taking extra damage)

    I think one potential buff is to make the resilience counters carry over between fights like persistent charges, so you can maximise the healing

    Personally I’d like to see carry-over of non-converted rejuvenate charges as well as fully consuming the regeneration ok effect when the enemy dies (or have that roll over into the next fight similar to Bishop’s power meter)

    It’d make her rather bulky (I’d even overlook her not perfectly gaining then between fights as her damage threshold resets to trigger it) as well as offensively solid as a raw damage dealer (she’s my most reliable non-god) being a mix between long fighter and a strong fighter

    @ShadPrince I totally see your point, and while each resilience counter regens for 5% the amount of block damage taken basically equals out to 1% recovered. I do like the idea of resilience counters carrying over in fights, that would make for a suitable adjustment.

    Stop taking block damage so often? No reason to be taking 4% block dmg while that regen is ticking.

    Yeah, resilience counters are your non converted rejuvenate charges
