unable to access default account after the latest update

I have raised 2 ticket under case number 04800184 and 04810358 that after the lastest update i was'nt able to use my default or main account, i started playing 2015 i forgot the exact month, then after that i create another acct. and register to google play, when i got my iphone i create a 3rd acct. and register my other email address to Kabam ID. mostly i played on my android phone since the day i played this i never had an issue even after several updates, but after the recent update when i played on july 5 the game ask me to login and also there is an option to tap anywhere to continue, so i tap anywhere because that was the way i play and i never login my default account so the game start to load but it take half hour of keeps loading so i decided to close the game and open again for my surprise it shows an option to login but still i did not login and it starts to load the game again, the same thing happen it keeps on loading for long time so i close the game app ang reboot my phone after i open the login options appear so i login on 1 of my email address and i loads the game but it's on my 2nd account so i logout and tap anywhere but it only keeps loading on the status, i close and open again and from the login option i chose the second email and it loads my 3rd acct. so when i logout it prompts now to my 2nd acct. i login to Kabam ID and it goes to my 3rd acct. and when i login to google play it switch to my 2nd acct. and when i logout to Kabam ID and google play it remains to my 2nd acct. i cannot access my default acct. anymore. when i report the issue the ask me for some details and i provide all of it, at first ticket they say that my account was affectef by the update and it was link to my other acct. all they have to do is to unlink my default acct. to the other acct. so they ask again for some details and provide the necessary details and information about my default acct as well as my other 2 accts. after several reply by different person they said that my email address was not match on their record and they closed the ticket so i raise again a complain but still the same respond, what happen to my default account after i spend time and money for almost 4 years they cannot recover, was there a fallback incase the update has an impact to the gamers? why is that my email address is mismatch on your record? what if there are other cases like this, what will be your solutions?
