Medusa's Sp1 seems broken

Medusa's sp1 seems broken to me after 19.0 update. I have a 3/30 medusa in my 2nd account as my main champ so i heavily rely on her to do everything. I used to parry opponent after 1 bar of power n do a MM combo followed by sp1 to shatter armor which worked 100% for me.
Now after the update, i was trying to do the same thing n opponent used to block my sp1 (Faster AI recovery n all that). So i figured why not do sp1 first n then place 2 more armor breaks first. I tried to do it against blade in heroic 3.2 but he blocked last 2 hits of my sp1 despite the fact -
1. He was stunned before sp1 began
2. He took first 2 hits to the face
which lead me to believe that medusa's sp1 is broken. Unfortunately, i don't have any video evidence of the same because i don't record my fights.
Is anyone having similar issues with her?
