How can I know if my Team mate is cheating?

Hello everyone... I really hope to find a solution for this situation.
My Alliance has been punished after an AW. Kabam sent us an e-mail saying someone in our alliance disrespected the rules for AW and... Boom! -300 points.
We've tried to contact Kabam support to check what really happened, but they just said "we cannot tell you for sure what happened or who did it. Just play with people you trust". Lets talk about it a little bit.
How can I know if I can trust a player when I dont have the tools to check his betrayal? We have people whos playing together for a couple of months and we are all just normal players with normal lives, not whales, only a few uncollected, some cant even play AQ Map 3 while at war for lack of champions. So how can I clean my alliance if I cant know whos doing it?
If kabam knows, they can tell us so we deal with it. Maybe they wouldnt and I'd agree, coz it would disrespect the other players privacy, even though hes cheating.
So they can punish that player however they think its fine and our Alliance would still be punished indirectly. But Im ok with that.
But Kabam chose to punish up to 29 honest players who cant figure out by themselves whos the rat. Youre dealing with one or more bad players by throwing bombs at them when they are in the middle of a crowd??? Its not fare and, if you have the tools to deal with it, but choose to punish good players, youre wrong. Terribly wrong!!!
Please, ban whoever is doing somethng wrong, I dont care if we are in the middle of a AW and we can lose it. Just do the right thing.
Thank you.

That might not be the case. I'm perfectly honest about this that alliance leaders has no power in any sense. Sure, he can elect officers, and kick players, but players can also leave by themselves. It's like a leader with no power.
I saw this kind of emails, and no names were mentioned, nothing.
Being an alliance leader is hard enough, running the alliance, looking for recruitment when Kabam makes everyone retires and then to get points docked for something someone did but you dunno who and how to act is kinda of stupid.
It might not even be piloting or mod, so the person who did it, wouldn't know. He could have downloaded a software that Kabam deems to be a hack/mod. So he keeps doing the same thing, and it flags Kabam's account over and over, and the alliance get dock points over & over.

this is an example which i saw
I do not know why Kabam resort to this method. Punish the whole alliance for maybe 1 or 2 people who might even use MOD/Hack but protect him by not naming him.
Its crazy. We are not cheating, but they are dealing with it the worst way possible.
I wouldn't advise this, as it takes a lot of time, and isn't unfair to another alliance member if they were to get falsely accused, and possibly wrongly banned. But it is the only option I could possibly think of to solve the issue.
