Which 4* to R5?

Hello- I am going to have the resources to take a 4* to Rank 5 by the end of the month. Who should I rank up? I am not uncollected, and I’m saving units/pots to do this in August. My main goal is to clear 5.2. I currently have 2 duped 4*5/50, Medusa & Voodoo. I’m hoping with the right 3rd, I can become uncollected. My 5* pulls have been bad, so I’m going to roll with 4*. I have an unduped 5* Rogue & a Sig 30 5* Guilly that I can save resources for, too. Any advice would be appreciated.
