Are ranking some 4s champs still viable if I have this 5s roster to build on?

Vote the option that is the best champ that can help in uncollected eq moving forward and 5.4 story exploration (5.4.3-5.4.5 only completion). then just add in the remark other viable champs. If you can also site viable LOL easy path options i'd appreciate it. Thanks.
my 5s roster is shown here. sidestep the oml 4/55 and ronan 4/55s. they were my 1st 5s viable champs for uncollected after uncollected ice phoenix. ice phoenix was a **** and forced my hand to rank some 5s to save me money. lol.
I would have added 4s awakened RH, 4s duped GR and 4s unawakened spark in the vote options.
