I am at loss with words

The support team from this company is something i tell u. My alliance are in AW right now and there were a few players harassing me bc of my girl name so i took screenshots and decided to email and see if they can help me change it bc i dont feel comfortable after what they said to me.

I get a response and as always they said cant be done but thats not what pissed me off the most it the response after it when they said block the person so you wont get harassed again!

Like seriously i have freaking screenshots saying otherwise and the best they got is to block this person!!! I'm sorry does my life need to be threaten in order to get the name change is that how its done huh??

But what's the big issue with blocking a person?

If in AW just don't go in the war room, it shows there is always a couple of idiots about.

One of our players was racially abused because of his IGN, nothing was done.

Report them, then block them. What's wrong with that response? I'm more triggered by the fact they wouldn't do anything about chat violations though, not even a chat ban or a warning issued to those people. I wouldn't be getting triggered if they told me to block the bullies, since that's a rational thing to do.

While we can't discuss any actions that are taken on individual accounts, we'd like to ensure that any advice given on harassment in the future is provided correctly.

That being said, please do block them. The agent is likely going to take some kind of action against that account, but is unable to discuss that with anybody, because we can't discuss any actions taken on individual accounts with other players.
