Massacre incinerate/ignite duration need a revisit

I just got massacre and tested him on several duels. It’s very hard to keep the incinerate/ ignite going especially against the champions he is supposed to counter like Medusa and IMiW. You need to do special 3 then 1 to get to the high damage on special 2 and that’s if you are lucky. Yeah he has good synergies but so do other bad champions. He was just released and is flat out useless on both offense and defense. Basically he is the new Sentry but for some reason his shortcomings didn’t get enough attention. His buffs and debuffs timers need serious adjustment!
