Changing alliance name and tag ID

The person who created my alliance had left us. I am now the new leader. Now my alliance wants a new name, but, the game won't allow me to change the name or tag. Why not add the option to do so?

Because Kabam has a lot of other stuff they need to work on before minor issues like this.

If you are the Alliance leader, you can contact Support to request a name change. Reach out by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support" under the Account header.

Alliance Name/Tag changes will only be changed if the all of the following apply when contacting us:
* We are contacted by the current Alliance Leader
* The name(s) supplied does not violate our Terms of Service
* The name(s) supplied does not contain Marvel/Transformer intellectual property
* The name is not already being used
* The Alliance has not requested a name change in the past 90 days
