Crystal Shards

I was wondering if you have to be a certain level before you can access crystal shards and special crystals, as I have some because theres a red number indicator on them in the menu but I cant access them? Thanks for any help!

    You probably do not have enough of them yet to exchange them in. You'll need 2000 PHC shards to make a PHC crystal, 2000 3* shards to make a 3* crystal, 2000 4* shards to make a 4* crystal and 10,000 5* shards to make a 5* crystal. Hope that helps.
