Why aren't we getting the Summoner Advancement rewards?

basically we did the Summoner advancement really good last week and we all were very excited for the rewards. But then they didnt come. Its now almost 1 day later and we still didn't get the rewards. So the question is: Where do our SA rewards stay?

    SA and AQ initial rewards came in for us yesterday. Just waiting on the correct overall AQ placement rewards and the promised AQ compensation
