Help needed from someone that has gotten a return

The other day I opened the game and a unit offer popped up and then without me even holding the phone it ended up purchasing it. I immediately contacted support with a ticket and they did a good job of replying right back to me saying they were going to process a return for me. I replied back asking how long that process normally takes because I’m not using my account much until that happens. I need those units for something. It’s been 2 days and still haven’t gotten a reply back.
Anyone that’s ever had a return processed, how long did it take?

I accidentally purchased something and although it took a few messages back and forth, once I got someone that understood the items where in my overflow because my inventory had those same items, they removed the catalyst I'd accidentally bought and put my units back right away. I think it was a matter of hours after the last message I send.
In your case, I would send a new message. In my experience, they always reply fast. (Which I find horrible. I've had cases where 15 different people send me a message, all fast, but I had to explain everything all over and so many people misunderstood because they just read the last message and not the whole string of them.)
