Morningstar Bleed

Delve says there's a 50% change to inflict bleed when hit. But in actual gameplay, its literally 100%. Every time you hit her, you get a fresh bleed. This isn't a scaling percentage that would go up as the champ level/rating goes up, it's static. Only the damage is scalable.

I believe there is a mastery that increases the chance to inflict bleed. Not 100% sure of this, but if this is the case, and you're in an arena against someone with this mastery, then that could explain it.

You understand that if it bleeds everytime it’s a benefit to the attacker right? Lol

Not in war when she's a defender. As an attacker, you don't want to get hit so her bleed is kind of irrelevant. She's great for resistor nodes . Still her bleed is not that strong, I used my starlord to defeat 5.4 morningstar.

50% is 1 in every 2 times, thats plenty already

It would be as a defender as well, since you wouldn't be able to suffer any danage while attacking her (because you would be refreshing the bleeds every time, just like what happened to deadpool x-force when he was released)

Guys, I'm not here to talk about whether it's good or bad. It's a bug. 50% ≠ 100%. End of story.

@will-o-wisp Totally not the case here. You get the first tick immediately when the bleed is placed, so instead of ticking once every 1 second as the bleed would normally do, you get a fresh tick every time you hit her as it reapplies the bleed, which is at a greater rate than every 1 second. So not only do you suffer the damage, you effectively double it.

It doesn't double the damage at all.
You can test with a champion against a dup domino for example. If critical failure triggers in every hit you give, then it will not damage you mid your combo.
This happens because the damage ticks every 0.5 seconds. If you attack before that time, it will refresh the critical failure before it ticks, starting all over. This is the same thing that happened with deadpool x-force when he was released. His bleeds were triggering everytime he did a hit on the enemy, reseting it's duration and not doing damage mid combo. It was later changed to have a small delay, making it able to deal 2x tickts of damage during a 5-hit combo.
Anyway, I have no issues with Morningstar. She is not causing me bleed every hit I give, so it sounds like she really has 50% chance to do so
