Do we kick one or more or what just happened here?

My Alliance was penalized for Account Sharing by Kabaam dropping us down 300 points. After emailing support to work with Kabaam on this I'm left wondering what was this really about? No one was banned or removed as far as I know, no names given or even a hint to the one or more members involved, who may not be in the alliance now, or even exist to begin with. The vague answers if any with immediate clear as day punishment combined with a Case Closed now tells me Nancy Drew does not work for Kabaam. I'm left wondering if I should leave the Alliance to avoid getting banned or just cut my losses and stop playing the game now since the ToS says Kabaam can and will for any reason at any time with or without notice do whatever they want.

    They will not tell you who the offending party or parties responsible were due to their privacy policy related to TOS infractions. They will not ban you unless you broke the TOS.

    Not sure what was caused by it so if we had a place that belongs to another alliance personally I'm sorry. But my concern now is will it happen again from my team. I'm not the leader FYI .

    Persistently request Kabam change their privacy policy to not include this type of situation. I understand kinda why Kabam handles this situation based on privacy. We players have been known to black list players.

    It would be as easy as giving those players a temporary ban. Not sure why that doesn't happen.

    Same thing happened to us mid-way through last season, we lost loads of points and busted down to tier 15 from tier 8.

    Utter BS not telling us who, so we couldn’t/can’t stop it from happening again. We ended up rank 130ish in silver 1, so we definitely would’ve finished gold 3 without it.

    Lots of us spent money buying potions and revives to win tough wars. I felt utterly robbed.

    I was thinking about submitting a FOI request. I will do next time.

    Kabam is not a government agency.
