Auto-fight

So earlier today I was playing act 5 chapter two, which everyone knows is not exactly an easy quest. I was on the final boss with star lord, then I accidentally hit the auto fight mid fight and the computer lost my streak and got me killed. Is it possible that during the actual fight, auto fight button be put in pause menu? Just a suggestion as this is not the first time it has happened. Thanks!

    How did your thumbs reach all the way to that small little button in the bottom center of the screen? it should always be on the left or right side no?
