Full catalysts from daily quests have been taken away

Im not sure wether this is a bug or not as i hope it is but now when seeking T3 class catalysts from the daily event quest exploring and completing only gets you shards, its saddening because at first look this feels like a way to force the overpriced catalyst bundles nobody wants, nobody wants to spend all of their stamina for 200 shards when 2,800 is required, please bring back full catalysts or adjust the quest appropriately, maybe at least explanation for why this happened and why nobody was informed.
