    Anyone who is in the premium hero crystal or 3/4/5-star hero crystal

    I'd suggest opening 20 GMCs for (slightly) less than that amount. While you may not get a 5*, there's a good chance you'll get at least 1 4* - and a lot of 3* with dupes that'll give you more 4* shards.
