This is my current mastery build. It is pretty basic, nothing out of the ordinary. I really need some guidance as to which mastery should I be investing into next. Currently, I'm on Act 4, Chapter 3. Also, I'm a free to play account mostly, so I don't have too many units.

    Recovery, Glass Canon, Deep Wounds, Assassination and willpower are all very handy

    Hard to say though, champ pix are helpful and who you use mostly

    Depends on which champions you are going to be using in act 4. If you are using regen champs like wolvie/x23/GG get recovery, if you are using fury champs like medusa/drax/hyp get enhanced and extended fury.
