Red Hulk vs Mephisto

Red hulk still takes incinerate damage from mephisto’s aura. Is this because he only converts incinerate debuffs but is still vulnerable to other types of incinerate damage? That just doesn’t make any sense.

    His awakened ability increases incinerate damage resistance

    If he's duped, depending on his sig level, at some point he will quit taking damage once his heat charges get high enough.
