@Kabam Zibiit I did as you asked, raised another ticket, told them it was for the 15th of July and referred to your post about this. What happened was that the ticket was closed stating that the glory I bought two days ago was correctly charged. Can you do something about this as what you are telling us to do isn't working.

When you have a chance, could you reply to the message I just sent you with the ticket number for that ticket?
So what about those people who don't notice that they were incorrectly charged for glory items. They just lose that extra glory spent on items? That's fantastic...now I need to sit there and count and SS all my resources before buying anything to make sure your shopping systems are right.
I haven’t purchased anything from the glory store since they mad the changes. I realized immediately that the costs were wrong and they didn’t reset the cap amount. I didn’t collect my AQ milestone rewards from last week since my glory was already maxed and was waiting for the cap amount to be corrected but still nothing. Last weeks AQ rewards will expire in a couple of days. So it’s either let them expire or spend my current glory on incorrect pricing to free up space so I can collect last weeks AQ glory?

Why are you hoarding glory in the first place? Serious question.
Hey everyone, we've made some more progress on this. For those who were charged too much Glory on the 15th when purchasing from the Glory Store, if you send in a new ticket to our support team with a list of the items you were charged too much for and the date those purchases were made, they should be able to help you out. You can contact our support team by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". It does need to be a new support ticket though, so we apologize to those who have previously sent in tickets.
This is absurd! Why is the onus on the player to open a ticket to get the overspent portion of glory back? This was a Kabam issue, and I find it hard to believe Kabam doesn't have the data available to see exactly who bought Glory while this issue was occurring. Kabam should be proactively correcting this for everyone. It's bad enough we can't rely on commentary from the moderator's being accurate or upheld 6 months down the line, but now we also have to keep track of all our resources and spending in-game in case of an error like this? At the very least, there needs to be an in-game mail telling the player base they can get a refund of the overspent glory back if they open a support ticket. Only posting it in the forums, where the entire player base is not present to see it, is literally the least you can do, which unfortunately has become the Kabam motto over the last several months.
