Why didn’t I recieve my tier 4 catalyst after I claimed it

I recieved the rewards for the alliance quest bracket correction and claimed my rewards including a tier 4 catalyst but when I went into my inventory it wasn’t there and still isn’t , how can I get it back?

    I’ve got a feeling, that you opened it and got a class you don’t need, so are having a cheeky try at getting a new one.

    But honestly just open a support ticket and explain, they will check and if true, grant you a new one probably

    Nah it’s basic tier 4 I’m not dishonest
