Game Keeps Crashing

I'm playing using an Samsung Galaxy S6 and in the last 10 minutes of playing the game it has crashed 3 times. My device isn't overheating, I'm not disconnecting, there's nothing unusual happening on my phone that would cause this game to crash.
Please provide a fix to this as it has now booted me out of fights that I had basically finished and it's not fun staring at loading screens over and over.
