Another 4* generic ag help/question

Hello. I got that recent 4* ag deal. So I have a gem and 40sig. Also just awakened Archangel in arena. So I can put sig in him, or into another champ, which I can awaken. They are listed down below. Which I should awaken, who will help me in achieving uncollected and overall in other quests?

    Scarlet witch is good but she needs a high sig level to make her better

    Scarlet Witch
    I used an awakening in wolverine and he helped me become uncollected. I got another awakening and after much debate used it on scarlet witch. I have her at Sig 17 and in the current state I'd use her over wolverine most times. She is an awesome choice
