Game stuck at spinning Hydra

Yesterday game was reapeatedly getting stuck at spinning Hydra symbol before fights. I finally gave up on the arena last night because it was getting too annoying. Woke up today to a loss on a fight that never started and loss my arena streak again. This is very tiresome. It wasn't even the end hours of the arena where there's usually lag

    The same thing is happening to me and has been for weeks, this needs fixing now, it's happened in aq and aw today and costs me units to heal, I don't even get into the fight just a never ending load screen
