Iceman ice armor nerf/bug?

Two people in my alliance have reported that ice armor is not functioning in war (both used Iceman on different nodes). Has anyone else noticed changes to Iceman during today’s attack phase?

    What's it doing? Not much to go on there. I haven't noticed anything but doesn't mean something isn't working right.

    Had someone in my alliance say that the 5% damage on taking an sp3 didn't work.
    It was an sp3 from abomination on map 5.

    I know, he shouldn't have taken an sp3 from abom. I told him.
