I think the game is misinterpreting my actions as account sharing

I would really appreciate if a developer could provide help regarding this issue as i have received none when i emailed technical support.
I run a self-propelled alliance (i.e. an alliance populated only by my accounts) ....it's a hobby within a hobby.... a way to pass the time during Sundays. But my alliance rating dropped mysteriously. When i emailed technical support, it was just some generic cut and paste message stating to the effect that account sharing is against the T.O.S..... So I assume there is some sort of algorithm misinterpreting that i am account-sharing.
But if you check the records, all of the accounts in my alliance were created from the same device and from the same IP address, and have never been accessed from any other device or IP address.
If indeed an algorithm is being used to penalize alliances, i think it needs to be revised to take into account the above.
