Help Button not working

Twice today the "Help 4" button has stopped working.
Both times my ally had over 100 helps queued up and after about 50 or so helps, the button just stopped working. It would activate, put up the quick spinning wheel (less than half a second), then nothing would happen. The same list would be up and no helps provided. Leaving the screen and going into another part of the game (including a loading screen by going into a quest) did not resolve it. I could still click the individual helps and go through them one at a time, but that's just not practical when you've got to clear through 50 or more.
Only way to resolve this was to close the game and restart. Because this is effecting multiple members in my ally, they have stopped doing helps so now we're all losing out on quest energy and our arena teams are taking longer.
Honestly, at this point I think the whole help system needs to go. The mods have said the servers are not built for the quantity of helps we're throwing at it which is why the "Help All" button isn't a possibility.
