Arena crashing

Why is it everytime your system fails, that we automatically lose the fight during arena? You just cost me my streak and now I have to start over again and I won that fight, but it crashed at the end, so you gave me a loss. So, sick and tired of losing streaks because you can't have a consist operating system.
