New alliance event, help

Our alliance is only recording the points for those using an IOS device. Our android users still have 0 even after hitting help over 60 times. Anyone else having this issue?

    If they already earned the maximum loyalty for help, future presses of help do not count. There is a thread in the bug category even though its not a bug

    If they hit helps for loyalty before the even started they won’t get heir points until tomorrow.. this isn’t a bug or a device issue. DEAD THREAD.
