Missing Events

We’ve been noticing some solo and alliance milestone events have just stopped popping up? Item use, level up etc. Was this discussed/announced somewhere?

Maybe you saw any sticky threads about Item Use, the thing that you highlighted on the pic?

I brought up two events. If you're only going to post something ambiguous like “look at the sticky threads” it’s assumed you’re addressing the entire original question.
