I personally think that BPCW should have true strike because he’s kinda lame and killmonger is one of the best skill champions and from what I understand they have the same suit just different colors (but I might be wrong on that) so I think that one way to make BPCW an actual decent champ is to give him true strike it suits him it makes sense and it’s helpful
