Overheating problems with IOS

I know Kabam says they're working on this problem but this is a huge issue. I can only play the game for about 10-15 minutes staight before the game starts to lag or freezes. I am missing out on Arena, Monthly Quest and everything else this game has to offer during this issue. I don't think this is fair to the people who are having the same problems as me. I've invested a lot of time and money into this game and I'm about to call it quits. There's nothing Kabam can give to compensate for this inconvenience IF they compensate us... They need to solve this problem now!!!

    I don’t like the idea with compensation. I rather the compensation would be to fix the game once and for all

    You have to say what device, IOS and game version. You should read NEW 19.0 UPDATE PHONE PROBLEMS [MERGED THREADS] for info on the new hotfix
