The delay most likely deals with the introduction of peak milestones in the 3 day events as well as changing them up some (removal of perfect series and add in group use). Therefore the order was probably reset once it started. I expect next two will be group use and item use though not sure which order. After that it will probably return to being predictable

According to this there is a one day and a 3 day version of item use?
