Who should I rank up next?

I currently play the game by keeping all of my champs at their max level for their current rank. And I try to rank and level up in conjunction with the level up and Class Advancement solo events. It appears that the level up event is gone along with item use in the alliance events. I would love to rank and level up another champ, I’m just not sure who’s worthy for next. Here’s my 4 & 5 star options.

Str

With state of the game i would invest in 5*s first and then 4* only if you need their utility
5* = ghostrider (jack of all trades, bleed immunity & regen), magik (powerlock), ultron (double immunity and regen)

Mystic 4* - dr voodoo (regen, powercontrol, nullify, poison and ability accuracy reduction), dormammu (aw def, powercontrol and immunities)

Tech 4* - starlord (damage),

Cosmic 4* angela & hyperion (damage)

Mutant 4* - rogue (regen & powersteal), wolverine (regen)... both really want awakening first. Nightcrawler (aw def and good damage), sabertooth (damage - ideally over several fights).

Skill 4* - crossbones or electra (defensive ability accuracy reduction.) Hawkeye, (powercontrol and bleed)

Science 4* - quake (unique playstyle bypasses certain champs e.g. magik limbo), situationally captain america IW (decent damage and abilities)
