Both are not working as intended at today despite the patch.
GR won't shut down St's regens with either sp1 or sp3.
Cap IW can use his full heavy and still chain sp1 or sp2 with the ebemy on the ground.
Domino is still breaking block without any attempt from players to evade back from her hits.
Given you're working still on overheating, given these were simple patchs supposed to be up with 19.0, i would also tweak them and make em work. cheers.
