Our war rating and tier dropped

in Bugs and Known Issues
Why is that, we been winning and our tier dop from 6 to 9.. and we was over 1500 and out of no where dropped 1200

    someone in your alliance likely got caught doing something against the TOS

    Someone in your alliance got caught account sharring, pilioting or hacking since that's the penalty for that and they've been cracking down on it recently

    We just did a ticket and they said thats not the case

    It is the case sorry, but their support is useless sometimes and doesn't know what they're talking about and sometimes will mislead you.

    Kabam has been cracking down on this and I can post tons of adminstors saying exactly what others and I are saying a drop of 300 points in your war rating is due to a terms of service viloation and eventually they will come in here close it and say the same thing.

    The reduction of war rating is an action that can be taken against an alliance for violation of the terms of service related to account sharing. There's more information about this in our announcement thread. We can't speak to specific actions taken against accounts with third parties or on the forums, so we cannot provide more details for you. Your Alliance leader should expect a message in in-game mail if this is the case.
