Ice armor not working?

An alliance mate of mine says he keeps taking way more than 5% damage without consuming ice armor.
This seems to be only against BPCW. It looks like reflective damage bypasses ice armor.
Is this a bug?

It’s because the damage reflected by BPCW is passive so it essentially ignores ice armor. I’ve asked this in the past. Everything is operating as intended.

Ice armor is more for specials, bpcw can deal direct damage that ignores ice armor. But I have noticed ice armor not working as it should when being hit by an s3.

@Lysiszero I saw that a while back too but that was for regular armor up not ice armor. According to icebros description it doesn’t matter what the damage is. Single source. Either this is a bug or a mod or dev needs explain this

I've noticed that champs that would deal an s3 and ice armor would do as it should with the 5% health loss, this no longer happens against those same champs now. But iceman has been messed up for a few months now. I got lucky with his frostbite bug last week. When 1 stack of frostbite expired in uncollected eq it automatically killed the opponent, didn't matter if they were at 95% health or at 50%. It only worked in uncollected eq. Made the boss fights very easy.

Then iceman description needs to say that. Right it prevents more than 5% from a single source. It doesn’t differentiate between any sources
