Communication with player base

Several times it has been suggested by forum mods that you are trying to improve your communication with the player base. Sadly this communication really does not seem to change.

You have released a hot fix to address the overheating issue.. that’s great.. thanks.. Since this hot fix has been out I have seen several questions on a time frame for start of season 3... but have yet to see a response to that question.. even if you don’t have an idea of when you intend to start season 3... it would be nice to communicate that with the player base rather than leaving us in the dark.

Please.. rather than saying you are working to improve something like the communication just do it by actually communicating with us in regards to matters such as this.
