you must contribute 0 points towards the event to be eligible for rank and milestone awards

im use to reading other similar rank system or get to a certain amount of points to unlock rewards but I see this on the new use an avenger to gain points for alliance. it says this and not sure why? anyone can help. you must contribute 0 points towards the event to be eligible for rank and milestone awards

    That’s goofy, I’ve seen that too.

    There is also a problem with the score tallying as I put up over 10k right after it launched, along with another in my ally and then a couple hours later it said that neither of us contributed anything and it had that red banner again that you are referring to.

    @kabam what’s up with this?

    Same issue here, put up 10k and a few hours later the points are gone.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the confusion. The zero should not be there. This should say "You must contribute points..." similar to the other events. We'll get this fixed.

    i also tried to email kabam with other issues and never got an answer. I have issues during the crashes and over heating i could not go online to get my rewards and now they say expired. what should i do? i find the email system does not work well with fixing issues and will we be getting compensated for the 18 days ?

    They mean they'll try and push a fix for everyone. No worries.

    i emailed them earlier today about a problem and had a response in about 3 hours. now like a politician, they ignored 90% of my issue and replied to one small part of it with a standard response.....but it was a reply nonetheless
